Join us for a virtual picnic via Zoom - here is how it works:
Sign up using the form below by midnight on Monday, July 13th. Only the people signed up will receive the Zoom password and information to join.
On July 17th, you will receive a confirmation email with details. Depending on the number of responses, we may be in one large group, or smaller groups. This email will include instructions for how to join the zoom meeting.
On July 18th, have your computer and a picnic lunch ready - indoors or outside. At your picnic start time, sign in to Zoom and join the group. Members from the Journey of Hope North Team might also be joining us. It will be fun to virtually meet the guys from around the country. They are looking forward to meeting you!
While you’re enjoying your picnic, the event discussion will include each person/family introducing themselves - name and where you are having your picnic, sharing information about your favorite Wisconsin food, and a fun fact about yourself or where you live.
The virtual picnic event will last for 30 to 45 minutes depending on group size.
