It is so much fun to celebrate a birthday and in 2021 we want to celebrate the birthdays of ALL of our members! If you have a January birthday and wish to allow SBWIS to post a Happy Birthday image in your honor, please fill out this form as soon as possible so we are ready. If your birthday is later in the year and want to plan ahead, go ahead and submit your form as well!

By submitting the form below, you are agreeing to:

1) SBWIS staff emailing you requesting a photo and brief bio of the birthday person.

2) SBWIS posting the provided photo and brief bio of the birthday person on our Facebook page on the birth date so everyone can comment with their birthday wishes.

3) If you complete the form below, but don’t submit a photo, SBWIS will still do a Facebook post on your birthday using a stock birthday image.

Our posts will include the birthday person’s first name, age and a birthday wish or fun-fact about the person. Our members like seeing their friends in our posts, and our donors like to see the faces of who their money is helping. By recognizing our members on their birthdays we can celebrate your special day with you!

Each month we hope to make a collage of birthday people for our website instead of a featured Member of the Month article. We want to see all of our members and wish you the happiest of birthdays!
