Thank you to the brewers community foundation for giving sbwis a select amount of tickets for the following games:

You must be a SBWIS member to qualify for a donated ticket. Please complete the form below so we can get the tickets in the mail to you right away. You will be notified by email that your request was completed or was unable to be filled at this time.
https://www.mlb.com/brewers/ballpark/disability-access-guide Under seating, it says 3 companion seats are offered PER accessible seat. Moving forward, we will be only issuing one ADA ticket per person who needs it, and rest of family members will be given regular seating tickets to gain entry into stadium. Again, per this website, up to 3 people should be able to sit with someone in the ADA section.
This form will be removed when tickets are no longer available.
Tickets will be distributed at the discretion of SBWIS staff. Your request does not guarantee you will receive tickets. Consideration will be given to brand new requests. SBWIS staff will contact everyone who requested tickets in a timely manner. Please do not fill out the form more than once. Please remember that parking is not included.
SBWIS encourages families who receive these donated tickets to take pictures at the Brewer Game and share on the Spina Bifida of Wisconsin, Ltd. Facebook page or post on your own Facebook wall and tag Spina Bifida Wisconsin, Ltd. (You can do this by writing a post and using the @ symbol to tag SBWIS. Example: Thank you @SpinaBifidaWisconsin for the Brewer Tickets tonight!). Doing this demonstrates to the Milwaukee Brewers Community Foundation that these donated tickets were used and enjoyed by our members.
